Nutcracker

It's Nutcracker time again. This year was especially fun each of the girls had 3 costume changes, Davis had 2, and Cal had one (the baby of course). Here is the whole family all kids in one costume. Alycia as a Fairy Attendant, Lillie a Little Cousin, Davis as the Grape Bearer, and Cal as the baby.

Amy's new calling

The past couple of weeks have been a little crazy for our ward. We dedicated our new Stake Center and reorganized some of our wards. We are still in the same ward... yeah! But we lost about 15 families...sad! So because of this there are a lot of new callings. I was just called as the Young Women's 2nd Counselor! Before I go pregnant with Cal I worked with the Young Women and loved it! It will definitely be a stress as it always is to balance family, ballet, church and everything else! I am excited!

Cal is a CHUNK!

We just went in for Cal's 2 month checkup to find out that he is indeed a chunk. He weighs 15 lbs and 8 oz. That puts him in the 98% for weight. He is pretty good baby!

Lillie's First Day

Lillie love kindergarten! She was worried all summer until she found out Mrs. Truman is her teacher! Yeah for Mrs. Truman, the girls love her. She loves the bus, she loves school. Last Saturday she was sad the she couldn't go!

Alycia's First Day

Well it is that time of year again.... The first day of school. Alycia was excited and nervous for school. She is not a real big fan of school but has enjoyed it so far. She started 2nd grade this year.

Baby Cal has arrived

After 9 long months of waiting, baby Calvert Ryan Ames is here. Born on August 6, 2008 at 4:45 p.m. He weighed in at 9 lbs and 4 oz and was 19 3/4 in. long. He will grow up with lots of love from lots of people!
